Sep 15, 2007 Murky appearance. Woody, slightly boozy aroma with distinct notes of firm, malty and briskly-hopped tripel. Firm and warming from the alcohol. Some oak character, and fairly robust hop accents. Fun, but maybe not the best output from RR.

Aug 6, 2008 Bottle at RBSG grand tasting, sketchy notes - I was surely getting drunk but someone VERY kind gave me some of this - thanks a lot :) Smooth aroma. Spiced and caramel also in the flavour and slight woody and spiced finish.

Nov 18, 2007 (11/3/07, 750ml bottle, thanks eclectic) Small off-white head, hazy straw body. Aroma is medium sweet, floral, yeasty, light brett. Taste is medium sweet, yeast, lemon, floral, alcohol warming. Medium-full body, moderately creamy, light acidity.

Nov 19, 2007 Bottle sampled on 9/15/07: Pours a transparent deep golden with a wispy-lacing white head. Aroma of earthy musty oaky, doughy and sweet caramely Belgian malt and yeast. Body starts fairly full and malty with good grassy slightly funky complexity and nice oaky woody balance toward a slightly warming enjoyable finish. Very nice and quite drinkable.
