Very carbonated with macro type bubbles. Nose is a bit bretty, with spices coming through. Tangy and citrusy flavor with the brett horseblanket taste light on the palate. Girlfriend says it reminds her of a chopinho beer from Brazil. OK. Very easy to drink though a bit thin and the alcohol is completely hidden. I poured the yeast in the glass at the end. It gave it a thicker, richer flavor. Overall a nice Belgian single. minch25 (365), Columbus, Ohio, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 22, 2008 Blond; eggshell white sticky head. Aroma - indistinct malt, yeast. Standard Belgian blonde flavor profile. Fruity esters. Fluffy feel. Semi-dry finish. In a nutshell, 750 is too much, and in fact this becomes kind of a drag towards the end. alobar (1032), Harleysville, Pennsylvania, USA
