| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | May 4, 2007 on tap at the Toronado RR -tion night. hazy golden yellow color, white short creamy head. aroma is rotting raspberry, wet worms in the street, and tart like white wine too. right about that point bartender Paul started saying, Welcome to the Toronado wine bar!" to people because there was a row of us drinking white grapey RR -tion beers. flavor is tart like sour cherries, grapes, and unripe stone fruits. lambic-like gueze taste. funky barnyard too. crisp aftertaste. marcus (1864), Sacramento, California, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Apr 27, 2007 On tap at Toronado. This dark golden ale poured with a thin off-white head. The flavor starts off slightly sweet, then turns tart with a bitter barnyard finish. The brett is very evident and adds a nice level of complexity to this fine brew. undsioux7 (559), Cologne, Minnesota, USA

Pours hazy gold with a small head and good lacing. Flavor is first sour brett and yeast followed by spicy citrus hops. Palate is tart, tangy, snappy and sticky. Interesting and tasty. If it wasn’t for the incredible lineup I would have drank much more of this. kmweaver (2463), Sebastopol, California, USA

Medium, golden appearance; white head with fine-bubbled lacing. Nice tart brett character in the aroma, plenty of citrus, chewy grapefruit, and tart cherries. Medium-to-full, lightly tart mouthfeel: lots of citrus character, tropical fruit, and well-balanced brett. Medium, tart and citrus finish. Very tasty.
