On tap. Poured a medium golden / amber color with an averaged sized white head. Aromas of brett, citrus (lemons), tart berries, leather and all around funky. Tastes of fruits, lemons, grapes and a lighter funkiness. Light tart finish. Thinner body.

Thanks to Tom at Union Jacks for giving us this in a pitcher to share at his Russian River Night. Pours a hazy light golden amber with a creamy white head that left lacing and sustained. Aroma of a funky, tart yeast, fruity, lightly spicy, bready, some hops hidden in there along with some lemon. Flavor was very interesting with more of that tart/funky yeast, mixed citrus, hops, grapes and a little thinner that I had expected. Very interesting beer and I’m glad I got a chance to try it out. Keep the interesting beers coming to Eastern PA Tom!

Thanks to BBB63 for this. Had a Belgian Tripel nose with the yeast strains spitting out funky fruit aromas and some crazy spices,also something like a citrus fruit but not in the hoppy citrus way, more like lemon.Very nice brew

I had this a while back on tap at Liar’s Club. I was pretty surprised. The nice pale ale start gave out to the wonderful, yet gentle, sour finish. I wish I could make all kinds of drunk jokes about this, but I actually sipped it proper. I’m pretty sure I could get fairly retarded off this, but I would just drink it too slow, wallowing in the delicious flavor.

growler-DLD06 thanks to BBB63 and Cqurioga for sending it to him! Hazy golden orange with a soapy fine white head. nice sweet/spicy nose with notes of corriander, citric (lemons) light brett funk, but still holds an american character in the malt profile here. flavors are spicy, lightly funky, lots of yeast twang (dry and fruity), and a nice tart bite. Palate is pillowy and full. Traveled very well in the growler. Im very impressed! I must try more beers from this brewery.

Tap at Monk’s. Poured a golden amber color body with a small off-white head. Aroma is citrus, green apples, and sour dough. Flavors are tart lemons, apples, barnyard, and mild perfume. Very enjoyable.

From the growler I brought to the post DL day tasting: Pours a golden hue with a small tight head and okay lacing. The nose detects that classic Belgian yeast funk of horseblanket, sour apple, bready malts, floral hops, and mineral water.

The taste is tart and citric , the brett is there but not really over powering. I get some earthy dryness followed by a flowery spice finish. The mouth feel is lively and very refreshing, surprisingly easy to approach.

Excellent and really works on all levels, lovely sublime characteristics that I know I can’t find the words for.

Thanks to whoever brought this to the DL tasting. An amber pour w a nice well laced white head. Aroma is bret, bread dough, light bananna, yeast & a small sweet malt. Pal is high carb some coat. Flavor is lemony zest with some dough notes & a light tangy finish reminiscent of a saison Not that great
