Small white head with a fair retention, little lace. Hazy gold peachy colored brew. Whammao on the nose! Big fruity aromas, apple, citrus, faint grapey/vinous notes, light lumber, tart and bretty indeed, wonderful. Body is med/light, lovely carbonation level, tingly and tart on the palate, cleansing and mouthwatering. Fruity flavors of apples, grapes, straw, brett, cinnamon and wood. Dry, tart fruity finish, lightly sour and juicey, long and loving. Just a wonderful and different expierence all around. Thanks eaglefan!

Bottle. Hazy golden colout with a little head. Sour and oak aroma and without a doubt a lot of bretty. Flavour of sourness, oak, and earthness - very smooth and with an alcoholic finish.

Picked up at The Toronado in San Fran. Batch 001... Appears a semi-transparent, light gold with a small, white head that fades into a gentle cap and mellow collar. Smell is of honey, grapes, apples, cherries, horseblanket, and funk. Taste is of the mentioned aromas with a standout of tart grapes and citrus coming out. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, vivacious, and funky with some tart apples lingering.

Dark yellow colored, cloudy appearance. Vanishing white head. Aroma is rather Cantillony: wooden, sour with some orange in it. Medium bodied, rather high carbonation. Flavor is also as lambiccy: sourness and wood, still some grape fruitiness there, which lasts also in aftertaste.

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is very sour fruits and some slight yeast. Amazingly Cantillonish thing. The flavour is is quite the same as aroma, but has some really big similarities to white wine. Oh yeah! This kicks ass!

Bottle. A orange beer with a white head. The aroma is fruity, light acid and barnyard like, so is the taste. Medium to full body with a sweet sour finish.

Bottle share courtesy of weeare138. Batch 001. Poured a medium and cloudy golden color with a small sized off white head. Some floaters. Aromas of funk, fruity, grapes, and citrus. Tastes of yeast, funky, fruity, grapes, and citrus. Puckering, green apple finish.

poured out a very strange orange color with a fizzy soda like head that disappeared almost as soon as I poured it. The nose has some Brett in it making a slightly sour hint but there is also a very musty smell to it. Add a bit of grape to it as well, but much. Wow that has a lot of awesome flavor in it. A little bit of sour green type of grape taste initally with a bit of something else that I can’t id. This turns into some sour puckering apple tartness. There is a bit of red wine like quality and some vinousness. Man this is good as hell, there is more to this that I am missing.
