Tremendous depth and concentration in the flavor, with brilliant balance. Really jaw dropping flavor balance, with the oak and bacteria coming together so well. The fruit is light however, hardly discernible at all for me and the finish could be a little longer...but these are minor objections. I’m pretty disappointed with the nose however, just not as expressive as I’d like. Still though, brilliant beer and a terrific sour ale. rayg1 (438), Ft. Mill, South Carolina, USA

Aroma was a tart grape flavor, brett, and light oak. The beer tasted amazing lightly sour with the wine grapes comming out nicely, oak and musty finish yet still finishes light enough to be a very refreshing brew. Awesome stuff. ryan (1776), Beltsville, Maryland, USA

Light haze, pale body with small, white head, fading. The aroma is horseblanket, pineapple, hay, honey, bread and light smoky brett. The flavor is vinous, tart, fairly dry, lemon and dusty. Medium/light body is slightly thin and watery. Nice, but a bit lacking in complexities one would expect. MrBendo (1043), Swedesboro, New Jersey, USA

Aroma of complex lightly sweet pale Belgian malt with very complex oaky white grapey fruity notes and a hint of tartness and funk. Body starts slightly sweet and bready with a good, fruity grape balance with nice fresh oaky complexity. A very enjoyable and unique brew that almost tastes like a chardonnay. shp555 (1683), Atlanta, Georgia, USA
