omhper (10728), Stockholm, Sweden Jul 3, 2007 Updated: Jul 6, 2007Bottled, thanks cquiroga! Cloudy dark yellow, brief head. Lemony nose. Dry and spritzy, freshly acidic. Vinous and lightly woody with medium body. No bitterness. Freshening and complex, flavourful but not overpowering. Another superb Russian River beer! Papsoe (10285), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 28, 2007 (Bottle 37,5 cl) Courtesy of madsberg/IrishBoy. Hazy, orangey golden with a small, off-white head. Sourish, fruity Brett-nose. Medium body with some lightly sweet fruit notes, plenty of Brett accents but never overly sour. Warming notes of oak and vanilla. Finishes dry.
