Jul 28, 2008 Bottled - tasted blind - my 1800th US beer. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with a very acidic note too as well as some fruit. The flavor is sweet with fruity notes - primarily of peaches as well as some notes of grapefruit, and a strong acidic note, leading to a tart finish.

Jul 27, 2008 From bottle #30 at sk8vikings American blind tasting. Pours hazy orange and with a lacing white head. Aroma is dry and acidic with a solid orange fruity aroma. Flavour is solid acidic and orang fruity. Dense flavour yet towards smooth. Acidic and citric finish with a nice sulphor and wooden touch. Finish makes me shiver. Smooth and utterly wellbalanced.

May 8, 2008 Cloudy pale beige with thick head. Complex bretty nose has leather, horseblanket, wood. One of those beers you want to sniff forever. Deep tartness on the palate. Loads of funk and fruit (peach, cherry). Genius plan! Exceptional balance, crazy tart. And it’s held up to a couple of samplings.
