| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Feb 10, 2009 750ml bottle. Pours a hazy almost murky coppery orange and a foamy fizzy beige head with cobwebby lace. Aroma is funked out brett- tons of old wood, light oak, cherry pit- and almond fruity raisin, and almost a lemony citrus hint. Funky brett and pedio flavor - orange zest, toasted malts, nuts and light sweetness, almost briney and salty- goaty stinky cheese- dark tart cherries and cherry pit astringency in the end along with a nice acidic sour finish. Another winner from RR. BeerandBlues2 (3216), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA
