Poured a hazy golden red color with a small, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of brett, funk, light citrus, bread, oak, cheese, and some green apple. Taste of more brett, strawberries, cherry skins, light vanilla, oak, a bit of toffee, and a dry, sour finish.

Bottle opened post Belgian Beer fest in ME. Wow what an awesome creation. A sour dry puckering fruit infusion of lemon citrus and sour apples. Brett and simply put by BK at the time "its just sour", and whats not to love about that, i couldn’t find much. 4.4 Wow all i know is i had this one a second time and this is freaking great! 4.5-4.6 per my notes. Awesome brew.

(750ml bottle) Thanks to Enniskillen for sharing. Pours a thin, white frothy head with a cloudy brown body. Nose of a geueze. Very tart. Grape skin, vinegar, white wine. Reminds me of Drie Fonteinen Oude Geuze. 9/5/9/5/18

750ml bottle. Pours a hazy almost murky coppery orange and a foamy fizzy beige head with cobwebby lace. Aroma is funked out brett- tons of old wood, light oak, cherry pit- and almond fruity raisin, and almost a lemony citrus hint. Funky brett and pedio flavor - orange zest, toasted malts, nuts and light sweetness, almost briney and salty- goaty stinky cheese- dark tart cherries and cherry pit astringency in the end along with a nice acidic sour finish. Another winner from RR.

Bottle via trade with 5000. Pours hazy orange with a small, fizzy, white head, diminishing with spare lacing. Aroma is average malt (straw, hay, meal), light hops (perfume), heavy yeast (earth, horse blanket) with notes of green apples, oak, pepper, wine, figs, and pears. Medium bodied, sticky texture, soft carbonation, and a bitter finish. Long duration, light sweetness, heavy acidity and bitterness.

Thanks to Carl for sharing this in the Weyerbacher parking lot :) Pours a hazy brownish orange with a medium creamy off white head. Aroma was floral, tart cherries, acidic, citrus, lightly funky, mixed berries and some barnyard. Flavor was lightly acidic, tart cherries, oak, dry, floral, horseblanket/barnyard thing going on, perfume, lemon and bready.

Bottle shared by pepsican. Thanks! Poured a hazy medium orange color with a white head. Attractive aroma of sour cherry, fruity candy, barnyard funk, and red wine vinegar. Medium bodied with moderate acidity and carbonation. Distinct oaky flavor accompanied by red wine vinegar and sour fruits. Delicious.

80th rating of this beer kind of an early 1600th rating. 750 via trade with Suzy Suzy Suzy Suzy Suzy Suzygreenberg. 3 birds one stone, top 50, another sour rating and sharing this my pal Kaitlyn who really likes sours, so hell yeah. Also shared with her boyfriend Adam. and my girlfriend Cyn. Ok onto the beer, orange pour with an off white head. Nose is bretty and oaky and sour. Taste is very acidic with a gueze like funk, funky on the front end. Really nice mouth feel. I love santification so this makes sense why this is so good.
