Bottle, thanks to danielcurtis81 for sharing the day after his wedding (don’t you have a honeymoon to go on bud?) Pours cloudy apple cider brown. Nose is strong sour with lambic and brett hints. Taste is sour pucker, lemon tart, and brett with slight carbonation. Very good sour flavor with a sharp bite on the tongue.

Rating #999. Bottle, thanks to 5000. Hazt brown/amber, with a fast disappearing white head. Aroma is sour, with peaches, funk, lemons, and oak. Flavor is sour fruit, peaches, lemons, and cherries. Also some funk, oak, and a tart finish. Another interesting sour ale, which I am slowly appreciating.

Bottle via trade with 5000. Pours hazy orange with a small, fizzy, white head, diminishing with spare lacing. Aroma is average malt (straw, hay, meal), light hops (perfume), heavy yeast (earth, horse blanket) with notes of green apples, oak, pepper, wine, figs, and pears. Medium bodied, sticky texture, soft carbonation, and a bitter finish. Long duration, light sweetness, heavy acidity and bitterness.

750 ml bottle shared by theisti. The pour appear golden to amber with a lasting dirty white head that coats the glass as you drink. The nose has some oak, bretty funk, a bit of pineapple, and a bit of a cottage cheese or yogurt. Very tart and tangy. Mixed fruit flavors, and tannic. Medium working on full body. Average amount of carbonation and a bone dry finish. A very good beer from a style that I don’t typicaly appriciate.
