golubj (1036), Redwood City, California, USA Jul 5, 2008 Draft at the brewpub. Ummm... blond in appearance. Aroma is some honey and light spices, light malt. Just a very light beer overall, flavor is the same as the aroma, dry finish.
SuzyGreenberg (1044), Seattle, Washington, USA Aug 27, 2008 draft @ brewery - served in a goblet; light orange with thin haze; aromas of honey, mild hops, grass, wood and bread; flavors are mild too, but this is a sweet, delicate beer and i really enjoyed; not too sweet and flavors mostly of grass, lemons and honey; a very nice change of pace from the rest of the menu BrotherGrendel (186), San Diego (La Jolla), California, USA Aug 12, 2008 On draft at Toronado SF. Appearance is a bright translucent hardy yellow hue, layer of dense white head sustains, moderate lacing. Smell is honey, floral hops, light fruits (pears, apples, apricots, berries), earthy/grassy tones, bread malts, flowers and spices. Taste is light fruits and berries up front, underlying layer of sweet honey and floral (violet?) highlights, spices, faint hints of sweet bread, finishes sweet.
Palate is medium-bodied, smooth and creamy texture, moderate carbonation
