A golden pils with a thick creamy white head. A light malt aroma with some bready note, german hops, very classy. In mouth, a biscuitty malt with strong Saaz hops, smooth yet HUGE. On tap at Russian River Beer and BBQ Revival, August 15 2009.

Tap @ Russian River. Poured a clear gold color with a large white head. Floral hops and a light sweet malt make up the flavor. Crisp bitter finish with a light body and a medium length to the finish. Semi-sweet. The aroma was floral and citrus hopped.

Hand bottle shared by iowaherkeye. Thanks! Poured a clear light orange color with a fizzy white head. Pleasant aroma of Euro-trash hops (Saaz), pale malt, and hay. I also got a whiff of bacon. That’s right, bacon. Light to medium bodied and dry with mild to moderate bitterness. Tasted of pine, fresh saaz, pale malt/cereal grain, and hay. Great pilsener.

1/3/08 with BikesandBeer, 9th Brewery of the trip, 2nd of the Day. Finally got to come here. Pours yellow clear with a bright white ring. Nose is light to non existent. Taste is very nice upfront, with a nice balance of bitternesss and a nice sweetness.

Draft at the Brewpub; Big nose of grassy hops; clear gold with a big white head; flavor of mild hop bitterness along with some graininess! An excellent Pilsener with great hoppiness!

Hazy golden. Aroma is big grassy hops, bread, some buttery goodness. Medium bodied, bittersweet finish. Big flavors for a pils. One of the best tasting, but lacked the drinkability.

Handbottle from IrishBoy. Golden with a thin white head. Aroma is light citrus, with some hoppiness peaking through, and malts. Taste is malty, nice hoppiness showing through, nice depth with the malts that were used though.
