A well balanced IPA, and also not extreme in its flavors. Floral hops, citrus, caramel, grapefruit, grain, and a bit of grass. Fairly mellow IPA, but well done and balanced. | 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jan 7, 2008 Nice flavours. It has a coldness to it, and I am not saying that because of the temperature. It just tastes like it is cold. Slight maltyness is a nice counterpoint to the hops. Not overdone and done well. JB175 (1664), Bucks County, Pennsylvania, USA
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Dec 24, 2007 On tap at Korbel Deli - Maybe a notch below the Blind Pig, but its still pretty good. Lots of floral and citrus hoppiness and a pleasant malt sweetness. Flavor is nice and hoppy without being overly powerful. Floral hops in play here, but the malt bill was quite nice. Good mouthfeel with a tingly finish. Tasty stuff. shp555 (1693), Atlanta, Georgia, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Dec 6, 2007 On tap @ O’Brien’s San Diego. Poured a nice golden amber with a big frothy off white head. Good lacing left on glass. Nose was mostly off floral hops but with some citrus fruits and pine as well. Clean, dry finish. AgentSteve (1379), SF Bay Area, California, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Dec 3, 2007 On tap @ RR. Nice IPA color with full tan head. Straight forward as far as IPA’s are concerned with the hoppines in the nose and flavor, but a bit more pine to it than most creating a bit of a sweet finish and aftertaste. Very tasty. jefcon (1009), Arlington, Virginia, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Oct 17, 2007 Draft. Copper-orange in color. Citrus and light caramel on yet another IPA from the hopheads at Russian River. This one is mellower -- really balanced well, and with more of a malt backing to the aroma and the flavors than some others. Long finish. brianjames1 (322), Northridge, California, USA
