I mean sure its a step up form most things bottled and your average Gordon Biersch, but it’s not entirely different from either of them either.

Nose of citrus and cloves and coriander. Very light and crisp mouthfeel. Flavor is wheat and more coriander. A little hop in the finish. A very good rendition of the style, and exceedingly easy to drink. kimcgolf (832), Dacula, Georgia, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Apr 19, 2009 A very pleasant Witbier enjoyed on tap at the RR Brewpub. Poured a hazy golden yellow, with thin white head that lingered as a skim thru mid-glass and left decent lacing. Nice spicy nose of clove, banana and cookie dough led to a tingly mouthfeel and a taste that mirrored the nose. As with most Witbiers, alcohol never made itself known, but this all rounded to a clean crisp finish. Would really be an enjoyable beer on a hot summer day. | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 14, 2009 Tap at the brewpub: Hazy light yellow with a white ring of head. Estery and phenolic aroma over a crisp wheat presence, along with mild coriander. Light and crisp feel. Light bodied with a mild flavor. Wheaty, dry phenolics, light coriander. A bit mild overall, seems restrained, but solid. iowaherkeye (1860), Los Angeles, California, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 25, 2009 On tap @ the brewpub--I am told this just came on today. The chalkboard has this batch weighing in at 4.60% ABV, 18 IBU’s. Hazy light golden with a one finger white head, fading to a thick ring and tattered film eventually. Orange and lemon zest up front with some spicy coriander, and a soft wheat backdrop make up the aroma. Also, just after this was served I could pick up on a hint of sulfur. Flavor is much the same with some herbal hops and a lightly earthy bitterness--say 2 out of 10--in the wheaty finish. The citrus notes are also less lemony. Light prickly carbonation with a light body. No complaints here--nice and refreshing. anders37 (4747), Malmö, Sweden
