Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.
Fresh, bright, nicely balanced. Good stuff.

Jul 1, 2007 Sampled at Russian River in mid-June 2007. Slightly hazy but mostly clear pale golden with a white head. Light banana and wheat in the nose. Notes of wheat, light banana and lemon; herbal. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes somewhat dry.

Jun 20, 2007 On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy, pale golden color with a thin layer of wispy white head. Creamy wheat aroma with some floral herbs and meyer lemon. Yeasty phenols are restrained, and are borderline rubbery/banana, not really distinct in either direction. Light bodied, creamy mouthfeel, making it refreshingly easy to drink. Flavors are light and delicate with an emphasis on the wheat and sweet lemon. Clean finish with a mild smack of coriander and banana creamsickle.

May 28, 2007 Draught at the brewery. Beer is hazy, light yellow with a small, frothy, white head.<P>
The aroma is malty with a light note of toasted grain; Hoppy with light-to-moderate notes of herbal lemon zest; Yeasty with a trace of dough; Light notes of coriander, banana/clove.<P>
The flavor is light-to-moderately sweet, moderately acidic with a short, lightly bitter, trace acidic finish. Dry and clean and absurdly drinkable.<P>
The body is light, the texture is watery and the carbonation is fizzy.<P>
Wonderfully balanced, hard to put down.

May 11, 2007 Draft at the brewpub 5/7/07. Hazy golden color, with a thin white head. Yeasty aroma, with a bit of spice. Nice wheat flavor, with coriander and citrus notes. A little spicier than other examples of the style, which i enjoyed. delicious and refreshing.
