| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jun 20, 2007 On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy, pale golden color with a thin layer of wispy white head. Creamy wheat aroma with some floral herbs and meyer lemon. Yeasty phenols are restrained, and are borderline rubbery/banana, not really distinct in either direction. Light bodied, creamy mouthfeel, making it refreshingly easy to drink. Flavors are light and delicate with an emphasis on the wheat and sweet lemon. Clean finish with a mild smack of coriander and banana creamsickle. luckygirl (1221), Boulder, Colorado, USA
