Sunshine in a glass! Beautiful hazy yellow color, white head, moderate lacing. Citrusy/yeasty aroma, hints of orange and biscuit. Light on the palate, perfect for quaffing. Nice flavor, not overly yeasty like some wits. Excellent finish, slight tart aftertaste. My wife even enjoyed it and she doesn’t drink beer. JohnC (2288), Mission Viejo, California, USA

this has the normal witbier appearance: cloudy yellow, white head
The flavor is crisp, but the finish isn’t, which was a little disappointing.
It’s a nice white, but not great pantani (1902), Salinas, California, USA

| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | May 29, 2005 This beer was poured from tap at O’briens in San Diego. Light gold color, very cloudy. Small to medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is citrusy, yeasty, fruity and sweet. A medium bodied wit. Malts are citrusy and fruity, lemon grass. Bright yeasts. Light and refreshing. A very nice it. I could drink this one all a long warm summer afternoon. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet. 0o9i (338), Reno, Nevada, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | May 29, 2005 On tap @ brewery. Straw colored, cloudy, white head with thin sheets and rings of lace. Medium body, lightly foamy and dry. Aroma of lemon, clove, Belgian yeast, touch of fruit (beforementioned lemon). Flavor is cloves and earthy, with lemon peel, yeast (fruit like purple grape//earth like leather). Yeasty finish, mostly sour lemon with some bitter clove mixed in. I like it for a Witbier, but I really don’t care for the style...so I’m glad they made it enjoyable. lachesis (759), St Idesbald, Belgium

This is outstanding. This is THE best Wit I have ever had. I don’t understand all of the low scores this beer has previously received, I can only guess it is because a lot of the raters seem to have had it at a festival of some sort, maybe this was just to delicate to judge fairly compared to all of the heavy beers that were being consumed along side of this.
Pours a hazy golden white with two fingers of dense, froathy head. Extreme notes of spice, much more than any other Wit. Typical corriander and orange peel notes complemented by even more citrus, banana, cinnamon, yeast, dough and spice. This beer is kicked up a notch, but still perfectly balanced by it’s dry malt base. Full, rich mouthfeel. Clean, dry finish. Aftertaste is slighty sweet. Perfect. drinkbeer (280), Redondo Beach, California, USA

Plentiful hops for a wit. All around fantastic wit. drink this!
