Jan 11, 2009 Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a sweetish spicy coriander and citrus aroma. Sweetish wheat malty spicy citrus flavor with some hints of coriander. Has a slightly sweetish wheat malty spicy finish with some hints of citrus in the aftertaste.

Aug 31, 2009 A pale blonde wit with a thin lacing white head. A very nice banana, cloves and a bit of wild weed in aroma. In mouth, a nice creamy sweet banana bread with clove oil, well done and smooth. On tap at brewpub, August 17 2009.

Body is hazy medium yellow.
Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (toasted grain), lightly hoppy (herbs), with notes of lemon zest, clove, pepper, coriander.
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly to moderately bitter.
Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.
Fresh, bright, nicely balanced. Good stuff.

May 29, 2005 This beer was poured from tap at O’briens in San Diego. Light gold color, very cloudy. Small to medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is citrusy, yeasty, fruity and sweet. A medium bodied wit. Malts are citrusy and fruity, lemon grass. Bright yeasts. Light and refreshing. A very nice it. I could drink this one all a long warm summer afternoon. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Aug 26, 2007 Draft at the brewpub. Poured a cloudy yellow color. Head was bubbly, white and left some decent lace behind. The aroma and flavor were typical of a good wit beer with yeasty bread dough, orange peel, and coriander elements accented by a light citrusy bitterness.
