This is outstanding. This is THE best Wit I have ever had. I don’t understand all of the low scores this beer has previously received, I can only guess it is because a lot of the raters seem to have had it at a festival of some sort, maybe this was just to delicate to judge fairly compared to all of the heavy beers that were being consumed along side of this.
Pours a hazy golden white with two fingers of dense, froathy head. Extreme notes of spice, much more than any other Wit. Typical corriander and orange peel notes complemented by even more citrus, banana, cinnamon, yeast, dough and spice. This beer is kicked up a notch, but still perfectly balanced by it’s dry malt base. Full, rich mouthfeel. Clean, dry finish. Aftertaste is slighty sweet. Perfect.

A great witbier. Thick white, lasting head. Excellent lasce in the glass. Understated citrus and spice aromas. Wonderful malty flavor accented by the same understated citrus and spice. The overall, incredibly well-balanced brew is a wonderful drink that could be your next session beer.

On tap at the brewery. Cloudy pale straw color with a white head. Leaves some wet spotty lacing. Aroma is bananas and coriander, with some citrus in there too. Wheat malt flavor with estery notes of banana, also lemon and a big dose of spice. Highly carbonated, with a dry spicy finish that showcases a touch of hops. Great summer refresher beer.

This beer was poured from tap at O’briens in San Diego. Light gold color, very cloudy. Small to medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is citrusy, yeasty, fruity and sweet. A medium bodied wit. Malts are citrusy and fruity, lemon grass. Bright yeasts. Light and refreshing. A very nice it. I could drink this one all a long warm summer afternoon. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Aroma: sweet citrus, slight herbal aroma, sweet hay
Appearance: cloudy, bright yellow, white head, slight lacing
Flavor: sweet, grains, coriander flavors, some sweet grass, slight citrus--tastes like a good Belgium white
Palate: smooth, slightly bubbly, nice sweet aftertaste
Overall: good Belgium style white

Oh so wonderful beer that I could drink all day. Lovely body that ever so gently dances on the tongue. Crisp spicy body and nose amaze with delicate complexity as if a beer could do ballet. Citrus and spice notes are very appetizing with a honeyed white fruit malt body. Wonderful beer.

Draught at the brewery. Beer is hazy, light yellow with a small, frothy, white head.
The aroma is malty with a light note of toasted grain; Hoppy with light-to-moderate notes of herbal lemon zest; Yeasty with a trace of dough; Light notes of coriander, banana/clove.
The flavor is light-to-moderately sweet, moderately acidic with a short, lightly bitter, trace acidic finish. Dry and clean and absurdly drinkable.
The body is light, the texture is watery and the carbonation is fizzy.
Wonderfully balanced, hard to put down.

On tap @ Russian River Sunshine in a glass! Beautiful hazy yellow color, white head, moderate lacing. Citrusy/yeasty aroma, hints of orange and biscuit. Light on the palate, perfect for quaffing. Nice flavor, not overly yeasty like some wits. Excellent finish, slight tart aftertaste. My wife even enjoyed it and she doesn’t drink beer.
