On tap. Black and opaque with a rough, beige head. Hard roasted malt aroma. Rather light and watery in body, very hard roasted malts - almost coffee-like - with a fairly malt bitter finish. 110709

Draught at the brewpub. Very black with lasting creamy beige head. Strong espresso aroma. Medium dry with soft mouthfeel. An incredible amount of coffee flavour, notes of licorice. Salty bitter finish. Gentle, yet packed with flavour.

Draught, at the brewery
Near black. Chocolatey aroma, slightly roasty. Full body, very mocha-like, with only a hint of roasty dryness. Creamy body. Standard stout.

Tap@Russian River Brewpub. This is a good Guinness clone, only this is much, much better. Soft and dry coffeed texture, lightly Roasted. Decently long finish, could drink a lot of these.
