Sampled at hellbilly’s hellraiser 3.0 tasting. Pine and citrus hit the nose and lights up yuor face and wow. Cooper body with small head. Citrus flavor abound for this brew. Also tasted like grabing a citrus branch off a tree and chewing on it. Dry on the palate with citrus and needed a palate cleanser after this one. Thanks eric.

Hand bottle from aplusbreaks. Austin you REALLY REALLY outdid yourself this time. Man oh man. Pours a wonderful orange color with a nice whte head. Aroma is pineapple, mango, apricot, and of course big juicy floral and citrus hops oozing from the glass. The flavor is amazing. I taste fruit, mango, pineapple, citrus hops, grass, and of course nice bitter hops. The hop profile gets more and more bitter after you sip it and just enjoy the finish. What a beer. I am really honored to have tried this. Amazing.

Tap @ Horse Brass... Poured clear orange with a thick white head, nice lacing. Intensely floral and sweet hops on the nose. Dry, foamy palate that allowed the alcohol to be present and thicken on the tongue. Pretty much liquid hops which had a wonderful kick. Also had some fruity, citrus juice-like and biscuit-malt characters in the finish to counter the hop bitterness.

Growler courtesy of my hero tpd975. Wow! I finally get to try this. Thanks Greg. Pours crystral clear deep gold with nice off white head. The aroma is huge with tangelo, apricot, mango and sweet orange citrus like hops that demand another whiff. There’s also a nice foundation of smooth sweet malts from which the huge hop aromatics have been erected. The taste is much the same with tangelo, apricot and mango all seemingly oozing with pure perfectly ripe citrus-like juices. The very late addition hop flavors slowly give way to evenly smooth yet decidedly bold hop bitterness that grows right to the finish. Even with a solid slick sweet malty backbone the full force hop flavor and bitterness don’t let up until deep into the after taste. Simply amazing. This one is bangin’ on all cylinders and more than lives up to what I was expecting.

On tap at Pizza Port Carlsbad, they had a secret keg of it (lucky me). Clear orange/gold pour with sticky white head. Good lacing. Pine needles, grapefruit, citrus, bitter floral hops, caramel, and some hints of biscuity malt. Some tropical fruit (mango and coconut) and grass. Really good, it covers the abv very well.

Growler shared with the AZ Crew at hellbilly’s hellraiser 3.0 tasting. Pours a effervescent gold with small beige head and sticky lacing. The nose is resiny pine, light malt and tart citrus. The taste is Pinesol, yellow grapefruit, tangerine rind, mango and toffee with a bitter pine tar finish. It got fruiter as it warmed up. Medium creamy body. Very good!

(Hand bottle, courtesy of mar) Pours a clear orange body with a small white head. Aroma of pine, pineapple, passion fruit, light coconut, bitter orange peel, and peach. Flavor of hops (pine, grassy, earthy), caramel malt, and biscuit with a dry, bitter finish.

Thanks tpd975 for sharing this treasure. Pours a clear yellow gold with a nice white head. The nose is peach, apricot, citrus, pine, floral hops, grass, and some alcohol. Flavor is apricot, peach, loquat, citrus, and some astringent qualities. Excellent beer with malt, caramel, fruit, grass, lots of balance, all manner of hops (floral, pine, some grapefruit, and tangible Simcoe). Very nice, balanced, finishes bitter and starts fruity. Lots of sweetness among hop flavor several stories high.
