Man the nose was that soured fruit .No oak but sour yeasty loveliness. the wine and oak do not seem to defined but it doesn’t matter this is a great brew. Aroma is acidic and kinda white wine vinegar like. Flavor is fruity, citrus tart up front with some wood and the finish is dry and rather sour/acidic. Medium bodied and champange like with lively carbonation.
