Jun 5, 2006 A hazy orange beer with a lazing white head. The aroma is sweet yeasty combined with notes of wheat and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with an acidity from the wheat, combined with notes of yeast and alcohol. It has a rather nice balance.

Feb 13, 2006 Bottled. Hazy golden, firm head. Vinous, oaky nose. Dry and lightly acidic with medium body and soft mouthfeel. It has a light almondy yeast character with freshening citric acid on top of it. Oak is obvious throughout it all, but not overwhelming. This is art!!

Aroma is moderate to heavy, sour, citrus, lemon, wood, light to moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, acidic and moderate bitter with a long duration.
