Ungstrup (11075), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 5, 2006 A hazy orange beer with a lazing white head. The aroma is sweet yeasty combined with notes of wheat and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with an acidity from the wheat, combined with notes of yeast and alcohol. It has a rather nice balance. omhper (10438), Stockholm, Sweden Feb 13, 2006 Bottled. Hazy golden, firm head. Vinous, oaky nose. Dry and lightly acidic with medium body and soft mouthfeel. It has a light almondy yeast character with freshening citric acid on top of it. Oak is obvious throughout it all, but not overwhelming. This is art!! Papsoe (9999), Frederiksberg, Denmark May 25, 2006 (Bottle) Pours a hazy orangey golden with a creamy, white head leaving a neat lacework. Very pleasant, lightly tart Brett aroma. Medium-bodied, dry and lightly malty with distinct, tart Brett accents. Very refreshing. 210506 Oakes (6853), Miami Beach, Florida, USA Jun 4, 2005 Opaque golden - it has that nectar look to it. Say what you want about Vinnie’s beers - they are beautiful to look at. The aroma is bretty, corky, and highly vinous - the most directly winey nose since Stille Nacht Reserva. The flavour is slightly toasty, highly vinous with a puckeringly tart finish. There is a bit of astringency at the back. Leathery, fairly tart finish. Firm pale malts and alcohol support the effort throughout. Kick ass. yespr (6259), Copenhagen O, Denmark Aug 6, 2008 From 1.5 L bottle, batch 1. Pours hazy orange with a lacing white head. Orange fruity and mild acidic. Smooth and orange fruity light tart and smooth finish with a light acidity.
