Notes of nuts and fruit - a touch of citrus actually - and a somewhat dominating alcohol. The finish is a little raw and unrefined. 240707

Flavour of caramel, liquorice, yeast, hops and grass.

Jan 14, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours hazy amber/brown with a huge light brown head. Caramel malt, pine, barley and light dried fruit aroma. Flavour starts medium sweet, holds a solid dried fruit note, a lot of pine, some barley and a mild caramel malt. Finish is medium bitter, dry, spiced and with a clear alcohol presence.
