Feb 29, 2008 Bottle, 4.8%. 2 months past BB date. OK fruity hop aroma. Cloudy dark orange colour. Nice and stable white head. The flavour starts off a little yeasty, turns papery, but also has an OK citric and fruity hoppiness.

Feb 21, 2008 Cloudy golden colour with a white head. Malty, grainy sweet aroma with a light fruity note. Malty, fruity flavor with a light grainy note and a vague hoppy finish.

Jan 30, 2008 Dark yellow colored, cloudy appearance with big white head. Again, this Danish yeasty-hopped vegetably note here again, some unclean glue note here too, still not distracting. Medium bodied. Flavor is also samekind of unclean with glue and yeasty note, lemon also comes up. Aftertaste turns dry with some paper, hops and lemon.

Jan 27, 2008 Bottle. Golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, hop. Flavour is fruit, malt, hop, citrus. Nice pilsner.
yngwie (3458), Kristiansand, Norway
Jan 23, 2008 Bottle. There’s some floaties in the bottle, easily avoided when pouring, leaving a clear, golden body and a small, off-white head. Fruity nose, citrusy and hoppy, with a sweetness as well. The fruity and citrusy hops dominates the flavor as well, but there’s enough malt to avoid unbalance. Not as much bitterness as one might expect when smelling it. Medium to full body. The bitterness is more evident in the finish, which also has a nice, orange-like flavor. A hop-dominated, not-your-average pilsner, but it’s a nice one. (071215)
