Amber with a lasting off-white head. Smoke dominate the aroma, especially of the bacon variety, some leather and a touch of medicine. Sweet flavour with bacon notes.

Oct 16, 2007 50 cL bottle. Pours hazzlenut brown with a dense light brown head. Rubber, tar and smoked aroma. Flavour is dry, slight honey like beneath a persisting heavy smoke note. Ends mild but still heavy smoked.

Oct 12, 2007 Bottle. [Courtesy of yespr, tasting @ yespr] Average creamy beige head that mostly diminished. Clear flat looking mahogany colour. Spare lacework. Sniff is dominated by mild smoke notes. Underlying grain and caramel. Some fruity sweet notes as well. Light toasted malt. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Light sweet. Smoky sweet finish.
