Pours muddy pale golden with a small, frothy, white head. Aroma has lots of brewing cereal. Some fruity apricot notes as well. Thin and very watery mouthfeel. Flavour is mildly grainy, some malts and a slight fruity edge. Really not that good.

Aug 10, 2008 0.5 l bottle at SOPP 2008, Helsinki. Hazy yellow color. Mango and apricot puree aroma reminding baby food. More mango and apricot in the flavor along with some wheat, grass and berries. Distracting baby food flavor, only of hint of beery characteristics.

Aug 8, 2008 Bottle at the Brewpub. Golden/orange murky color. Sweet and fruity aroma and taste with notes of apricot, grain, quinua, fruit and some yeast. Strange, but not unpleasant. Thin bodied.

Hazy dirty yellow color, small white head. Aroma of apricot jam. Flavor of apricot puree (baby food). Very light, plasticky mouthfeel. Not a beer.

Jul 27, 2008 Bottle. Pours a hazy greyish amber with a small greyish-white head. Fresh hoppy aroma blended with malt. Flavour is sweet and spicy – a bit like honey. Malt as well. Notes of stable/hay. Cereals and stale bread as it warms. Finish is the sweet honey-like spice note again. Notes of hops as it warms. An interesting beer, but it doesn’t really work for me. 26-07-08.
