Sweet flavor with roasted malt, caramel, chocolate and hints of coffee. Sammy (3141), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Jun 22, 2008 AAlborg version, a good though not best Danish beer. Pours dark, its bocky, its the more recent version. Aroma is a bit of chocolate, spice, and alcohol. A hint of head and lace in the appearance. Average mouthfeel, it’s smooth drinking. I would seek out a bock with less spice but more mouthfeel and simple taste.
