Dark amber beer with a lasting off-white head. Weak malty aroma. Dry and malty flavour with just a little spice.

Apr 22, 2008 Bottle. A strong attempt at a dunkel. Pretty complex flavours here. Caramel is perhaps a little overdone.

Apr 18, 2008 Bottled. Amber colour, not much head. Aroma is caramel malts, some yeast, grass and mildly roasted notes. Flavour is caramel, malts, saltwater and some mild roasted notes. Refreshing brew, but some of the flavours don’t fit in that well.
