Cloudy yellow with a lasting white head. Lots of yeast in the aroma, banana and some clove. Sweet yeasty flavour, a classic weiss, although I prefer them with less banana.

Jun 21, 2008 Bottle at ÅBF08. Fat Belgian yeast aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is wheaty with OK spices. Citric finish, a little banana, slightly rough.

Jun 15, 2008 Bottled at Ølfestival, Århus 2008. An unclear orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet malty and wheaty, and so is the flavor, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

Jun 4, 2008 Hazy and golden with a medium head. The aroma sends promising notes of clove and banana. The flavour has sweetness and nice notes of clove, banana and wheat. I like the nice harmony, and I think the style is spot on – it’s just as delicious as the best German ones.

May 30, 2008 Århus2008. 50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a lacing white head. Bubblegum and mild yeasty aroma, light wheat note in addition. Flavour is dry and easter wheaty with a solid acidic note following. Ends dry and with a the same wheat bubblegum note. Well done, not my style though.
