Ungstrup (11378), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jan 16, 2006 A hazy orange beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is hoppy and flowery. The flavor is sweet and very spicy and flowery - my guess is amongst others Goldings hops. The end is dry dusty combined with some notes of honey. As the label says it is very much inspired by the British IPA style - though it lacks alcohol to really match the style. I’m not impressed. omhper (10728), Stockholm, Sweden Aug 13, 2007 Bottled. Hazy pale amber, minimal head. Resiny grapefruit hops dominate the aroma. Medium bodied with wuite hard mouthfeel. Lightly smokey with bitter resiny finish. Papsoe (10459), Frederiksberg, Denmark Mar 3, 2007 (Bottle 50 cl) Slightly hazy amber golden with a creamy, off-white head leaving some lacework. Hoppy, citric nose. Medium body, very limited malty feel, extremely dry and leathery with an astringent and raw, chemically bitter finish. This has some good streaks, but needs a lot of refinement. 270207 joergen (6529), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jan 28, 2006 Bottle.
