Pours a hazy, pulpy yellowish-white color; bright white head with good retention and lacing that sticks. Juicy, citrus-laden aroma showing a well-developed brett character: limes, lemons, medium levels of acidity, basic core toastiness; nice approach. Medium mouthfeel: lively carbonation; crisp, juicy presence in the mouth; citrus, lemon juice, nicely acidic (mouthwatering) impressively done, intensely drinkable brett beer. Nicely toasty, crisp finish. bb (2905), Martinez, California, USA
