Draft @ Sacramento Brewing Company. Pours a hazy, pulpy yellowish-white color; bright white head with good retention and lacing that sticks. Juicy, citrus-laden aroma showing a well-developed brett character: limes, lemons, medium levels of acidity, basic core toastiness; nice approach. Medium mouthfeel: lively carbonation; crisp, juicy presence in the mouth; citrus, lemon juice, nicely acidic (mouthwatering) impressively done, intensely drinkable brett beer. Nicely toasty, crisp finish.

Draft. Pale straw colored beer with a whitish head. Light malt, light grain, and light brett aroma. Lemon and light grain flavor with light tartness. Medium-light bodied. Light tartness lingers with light malt and light earthiness.

Tap at the brew pub. Rather vinegar aroma. Hazy pale yellow with not much head. Rather thin; lightly carbonated. Flavor is more sour than funky. Finishes that way. A good, light bretty ale.

Pours a hazy light gold with a decent sized head. Citrus and funk in the nose. Sweet, a light sourness. A little like an imperial Berliner Weiss.

On tap at Sacramento Brewing. This cloudy yellow beer poured with a decent white head and sharp citrus aroma. The flavor is light malt and yeast with a lemon zest finish.
