Tap at the brewpub. Tulip full of bright gold with a huge fluffy white head. Aromas of light malt, fruit and spice. Medium body with firm carbonation. Flavor is malt, rather grassy hop and some yeast/ spice suggesting clove and perhaps cardamom. Some hop bitter. A burst of light sweet fruit at the end of each sip, but overall, and finishing, rather dry and mildly bitter. Bitterness tends to slip away overtime.

On tap at the brewery. This blonde ale poured with a thin white head and a floral aroma. There is a nice light malt flavor with a taste of oatmeal and a slight sourness. The finish is bone dry and a little bitter. Very refreshing and well-crafted.

On tap at the brewery. This clear golden ale poured with a thin off-white head and a floral aroma. There is a heavily carbonated and delicious caramel malt flavor with a hint of banana ester and a nice hop bitterness at the finish.
