Aroma is fruity, sweet and grassy. A medium bodied hefe. Malts are fruity and slightly sweet. Hops are mild and slightly sweet. Once you wait out the huge head on this beer, it a very worthwhile hefe. Touch of banana and clove and sweet spicy bread. Very smooth. Light and refreshing. A nice summer beer. A touch of citrus as well. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet. Braudog (3770), Dayton, Ohio, USA
