Tasted on tap at the Northern California Brewers Fest 2008. This American Pale Ale pours a medium gold color from the tap. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is caramel and hoppy. A medium bodied American Pale Ale. The malts are caramel and sweet. The hops are citrusy. Nice carbonation. Good balance. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter
