Oct 2, 2006 4 ounce sample at the brewpub. Labeled as a Bohemian Pilsener. Spicy, light, crispy hoppiness present in the nose along with some nice toasted malt aromas present as well. Aroma is faithful to the style. Transparent light golden color with a small off-whitish head and minimal lacing. Lightly sweet, malty start with some biscuity flavoring and a touch of toastiness. Finishes with crisp, spicy, dry hoppiness. Flavorful and nice for the style. A touch thin, though, with some wateriness.
