Commercial Description:
Cask: Regular.
Delicious golden/straw coloured Pale Ale. Caragold, Maris Otter & Crystal malts plus torrified wheat combined with Bramling cross and challenger hops. Subtle floral hop aroma with slight hint of blackcurrant spice.

Cask @ The Pembury fest, Nov ’07.
Golden with a thin white head. Floral hop nose, slight fruit and wheat hints. Malty with a bitter hop bite and some traces of wheat.

Bottle, thanks chris_o! Smoothe beer with a little hoppy bite in the tail. Fruit and flowers in moderate amounts. Not outstanding, but a decent little beer.

50 cL bottle@chris_o’s place, thank Chris. Pours golden yellow with a lacing white head. Aroma is sweet malty and fruity hoppy. Flavour is dry hoppy with a slight malty note. Ends slight bitter.

A Sim rate (cask at Chelmsford BF): Sooo hoppy. Aroma more than flavour. Hops, wheat... that’s about it. Sooo regular.
