Commercial Description:
A beautiful, deep copper brown ale. It has a full, malty body with hints of chocolate, a touch of sweetness and a light hop flavor. A complex malt character is created by combining five different types of malts. It has a rich, creamy head with a fine lace. The light fruitiness, characteristic of ales, is derived from a proprietary yeast strain. Saint Arnold Brown Ale is best consumed at 45-50° Fahrenheit.

Bottle thanks to KAggie97! Brown red body with a thin mostly disappearing head. Flavors of caramel, brown sugar, and molasses. Somewhat plain. A thin watery mouthfeel. Average brown ale. This style doesn’ seem to do much for me these days, as it is basically a toned down stout or porter.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of fruit as well as light notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel as well as lighter notes of fruit and toffee, leading to a dry bitter finish.

Dark auburn, plenty of light getting through. Aromas were of light caramel and bread crust. Faint flavors of roasted malt and a very grainy finish with a smidgen of hop spice. Very fizzy. Had a bit more character than the lawnmower beer they make.
