Pours a clear bronze with a tan head that dies completely. Smells sweet, candies with a little spice. Tastes of sweet malt, a little fruity with a spicy finish. Medium and smooth in the mouth with the perfect amount of carbonation. Very drinkable and delicious.

Draught at the brewery. Pours dark brown with a small brown head. Aroma is sweet malt with caramel and chocolate and maybe a hint of hops. Flavor is also sweet malt with caramel, chocolate, mybe coffee, and hint of alcohol. A strong/sweet winter warmer. Pretty good.

12oz bottle acquired in trade with lb4lb (thanks!). Poured a medium to deep amber color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of caramel, toasted grains, nutty, and a trade of spiciness. Tastes of caramel, fruity, and light spice. Although I enjoyed this, this one did not strike me as a ’Christmas’ ale.

Smells like apple juice(very mouthwatering), has a beautiful dark coppery color, and tastes of dark fruits and spices. Overall a pretty yummy seasonal beer from the people down in Houston.

12 oz bottle from ucusty - thanks David! Pours crystal clear copper with a big, fizzy beige head - sounded like soda fizzing when I first poured it. Lots of carbonation bubbles. Somewhat spicy, nutty malt nose, some bread and cinnamon. Surprisingly sweet flavor, lots of bread, caramel and some orange. Some spicy notes - allspice? Lively mouthfeel. Very good!

12 oz bottle poured into pint glass- poured transparent light amber color, white ring around the glass for a head. Aroma of malt and yeast. Hits the mouth with a medium body, consisting of malt and some sort of spice (almost a sharp nutmeg), finish with a few mild hops. Decent sipper.

12oz bottle from KAggie97; Nose is fresh baked biscuits with caramel sauce; rusty red (good Christmas color) with a medium beige head; flavor is caramel malt, dried cranberry fruitiness (not sweet), and mild peppery spiciness. "Very unusual"
