| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 18, 2007 12oz bottle acquired in trade with lb4lb (thanks!). Poured a medium to deep amber color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of caramel, toasted grains, nutty, and a trade of spiciness. Tastes of caramel, fruity, and light spice. Although I enjoyed this, this one did not strike me as a ’Christmas’ ale. aenimopiate (148), The United States of Texas, Texas, USA
