Aroma is light and contains apple, cinnamon and citrus. Body is light and not very complex. I taste some citrus and medium hops. Aftertaste is light and sweet. Not a very deep beer, but it doesn’t taste bad. BeerRules (237), Houston, Texas, USA

Poured a dark amber with a white head that didnt last too long. Taste is quite malty sweet, with some faint hop action and faint spiciness. I wished the carbonation would be a bit higher, and the high ABV is well hidden. Nonetheless, this is a nice beer and i cant wait till next winter to taste this again. Oh and by the way, this beer on cask is out of this world. Tejas (702), Dallas, Texas, USA

Reminds me of a extra malty amber. Some roastiness too. Thin palate. Enjoyable but probably won’t try again. Just too many other better options. MIBRomeo (1965), Wisconsin, USA

No bother, the taste is like ,wow! CRAZY sweet assortment of flavors, could use a tad bit more carbonation but not really seeing as this is a sippin good night brew, but wow! NO surprise here, ANOTHER great beer from St.Arn’s! Marc (477), Yokosuka, Japan
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Apr 10, 2005 Slightly cloudy amber body with a thin but present white head. Caramel nose with a bit oad at al.f grain mash and herbal hops. Nice medium mouthfeel with more thick caramel malts. Traces of spice work their way through the nobel hop bitterness and leave a touch of cinnimon in the finish. 7% alcohol is exellently hidden. Not bad at all.
