Aroma is thick with coffee, cream, chocolate, summer fruits, and raw sugar. Flavor is dominated by chocolate, cream, coffee - also some cantaloupe & citrusy hops. Pours black with tan smallish head that starts out a little rocky but dissipates fairly quickly. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malts, vanilla and molassas. Color=Black as night, followed by a small toffe colored head. Smells sweet....maybe some chocolate, roasted malts. Texure is Thick... Almost syrup thick. Aroma of oatmeal grain barley with some coffee also. Flavor you could notice the alcohol content at first. Then some good coco and coffee flavor ariived. The nose is coffee, chocolate, and a bit of molasses. The mouthfeel is coating, but a bit sharp in carbonation. The flavor is on the coffee side with an earthiness and molasses. Great aroma of roasted malt wrapped in vanilla. Pours black with a fluffy tan head. Taste is very rich in coffee and bitter chocolate flavor, with a hint of vanilla. Very sooth/creamy on palate, with a very biting bitter finish. Would drink again!
