Bubble gum, banana, yeast, roasted grain, caramel malt aroma. Lots of the same flavors in the taste with a very thick Belgian yeast style mouth feel. Really a well made beer and maybe not as much of the typical weizen bock characteristics as youwould like, but still a dynamite beer. petematte46 (226), Dallas, Texas, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | May 6, 2009 Pours a hazy brown with a little tan lace and no head. Nose has notes of nail polish, alcohol, banana, clove, spices. A bit too much alcohol up front in the flavor, but this beer improves as it warms. Notes of chocolate, clove, light hops.
