Bottle from bigmmartin. Pours a hazy yellowish. Aroma is fresh and full of some light lemony notes and wheat. Flavor is refreshing as hell on a hot day and it was hot today. I think I could drink a sixer of this in about a half an hour. I get some wheat, lemon, malt and good hop flavor but no real bitterness.

courtesy of lowgear. pours golden, quickly disappearing white head. Aroma of straw, wheat, hops and dough? Taste, sweet malty and sugary while keeping a good grassy hop profile with some light fruits, and yeast. Finish is crisp and bubbly.

This beer is specifically for when you are hot and sweaty from mowing the lawn according brock. This pours a light yellow color. This is a crisp light airy kolsch style. The bottle claims texas kolsch. I think it hits the mark as a very good kolch style beer. Serving type: bottle Reviewed on: 04-09-2008 15:57:51

12 oz. bottle. Poured into my lager flute. This beer is refreshing. Pours light gold with fluffy white head. Almost tastes of a lager. Very sessionable on the lake, boating.

Bottle. I think this beer is better than the ratings suggest. Pours with a hazy yellow color. Nice hops and fruit aromas, a bit of dough as well. Some tart hop flavors and some yeastiness. To me it suggests more of an American wheat than a Kolsch.Had it in the SW texas heat and it was very refreshing

Bottle. Clear golden pour with a small fizzy head. Aroma is grassy, with some hay and wheat notes as well. The taste is trongly corn, but I mean that in a kinda good way. Wattery mouthfeel.
