This beer manages a rich mouthfeel and slightly spiced flavor while remaining crisp and refreshing. Pour is attractive copper.

Good octoberfest beer with the aroma of red apples. not to sweet or to earthy. tastes better out of the bottle than on draft

Clear copper body with a few suspended particles. The head is small and fleeting. The aroma is malty but slight. The flavor actually makes it a pretty decent Oktoberfest. Nicely malty toast and caramel is supported by a hint of that pruniness you sometimes get in doppelbocks and some trick of the olfactory system provides a touch of whiskey-barrel oak in the finish. An enjoyable and chuggable Oktoberfest. Good for getting me into the mood for Oktoberfest this weekend at 5 Seasons.

Tap at the Flying Saucer, Addison. Poured a clear deep amber color with a very thin white head. Malty aroma of caramel. Sweet malty flavor matched the aroma with the caramel. A little spicy on the finish.

actually not too bad. not great though. body is light, not much of an oktoberfest, more so an amber in my opinion. aroma is light caramel and wheat. taste is a bit of caramel along with kinda on off flavor from crystal malt.

Beer pours nice medium copper color with a moderately small beige colored head that mostly dissipates. Aroma is mostly malty with some caramel and cotton candy. Flavor is sweet caramel malt. Not deeply complex, but easy drinking and enjoyable at its level. A good domestic Oktoberfest.
