Commercial Description:
An authentic, German-style Bock, celebrating the coming of spring. This strong, deeply flavored lager has been aged to create a smooth, malty taste with a hint of sweetness. A light addition of German hops balances the malt flavor. Saint Arnold Spring Bock is best consumed at 40° Fahrenheit.

Thanks to kaggie97 for this one. Poured amber with an off white head. Aroma was sweet nuts and really sweet maple syrup. Flavor was sweet malts and a slight hint of nuttiness. Too watery.

Cloudy orange-copper w/ small, creamy, tightly beaded ring of foam. Sweet, lightly toasted malt aroma of caramel, toffee, dark bread & vanilla. Soft feel. Flavour is sweet & malty w/ some nutty, hoppy notes

Reddish brown with a small head. Sweet aromas of roasted malts and caramel. Clean, very sweet flavors of rich malts layered with some fruit and with a bit of spicy hops. Pretty smooth, but just a little too sweet after awhile.

Small yellowish head over red-orange-foxy beer. Vanilla & bread (dark, but with sweetened butter) nose. Bottom-fermenting yeast oozes out of the glass, well, cup. Sweet, bready, again buttered sweet eggbread in a glass, but with rounded (hazel)nutty notes. Nearly fatty, slick, well bodied. Good Bock, special version.

Brewery. Dark amber color with minimal head. Malty backbone and somewhat sweet. Taste similar with some yeast. Not my favorite style, but Saint Arnold’s puts out good products....so I still like.

6 pack from HEB. This beer seems interesting at first but the taste fades quickly. There is a sweet carmel taste that dies down. All that’s left for the finish are bubbles. As it warms the initial taste turns from sweet to metalic.

I don’t remember much about this one except I really tore through that 6-pack and I enjoyed every ounce of it. Go Saint Arnolds!

Draught. Pours amber with minimal head. Aroma is malty and sweet; slightly cloying and somewhat weak. Flavor is entirely of sweet malt; initially moderately interesting, but very sweet and quite cloying, and getting a bit worse as the glass warmed up. Not terrible, but not too good great either.
