Aroma of mostly caramel malts and yeast, and just a touch of pear. Flavor is malty as well with notes of caramel, nuts and a touch of pear. Palate was light and without much carbonation. Lots of bubbles here. Nose is nuts and caramel, some lite esters of almost bananas maybe? Taste is very fizzy and has some burnt nuts, sugars and caramel malt.
