May 16, 2002 24 IBU. Dry, chalky, slightly sweet with nutty, toffee and molasses tones. Clean and almost light tasting.

Feb 29, 2004 Yummy Spring seasonal. Great caramel, malty nose. Head disapates fast. Flavors of roasted caramel, and toasty malt. A bit thin but still yummy..

Sep 16, 2005 This is one fine beer, It is just one of the many fine brews from Saint Arnold’s! The taste just is delicous, and it has a sweet intoxicating smell. A very pleasing and satisfying beer. GO TX!

Feb 2, 2008 Bottle. Pours a clear copper golden color with a large frothy off white head. The aroma is a strong malt and caramel. Decent lacing on the glass. The taste is a sweet malt with a bit of spice. Another great brew from Saint Arnold.

Apr 19, 2008 Pours a dark brown. A little thin . Aroma of chocolate and some coffee. Taste is nutty with a chocolate hint to it. No bitterness.
