Mar 29, 2007 Pale transparent gold with a rather spare white head. Aroma is a pleasant, if a little light, crisp floral hops, bready. Moderately bittersweet throughout, fruity, a bit more viscous than expected, soft, finish drawn out. Quite drinkable but nothing at all jumps out at you.

Mar 22, 2007 Updated: Jul 26, 2009Pours yellow/gold into the glass with a white head. Aroma is grainy and slightly corn-like. Flavor is crisp and refreshing with some bready malt and nice hop finish. Very easy to drink. Would buy again.

Mar 6, 2007 One of the better offerings from this brewery. Pale, slightly bitter, fair head--but quickly diminishes. The finish is short, tastes of orange and lemon. Not bad, but not great.

Dec 11, 2006 12 oz bottle. Pale straw with active carb. Thinning white head leaves sudsy lace. Banana-lemon and bread dough. Bit of pepper. Taste much the same with biting carb. Oily club soda. Light lingering lemon drying.

Nov 26, 2006 26.11.06 12oz bottle thanks to Walt. Very pale straw color with small fading white head. Aromas are very mild, mostly malty, but with approachable noble hops. Seems that this one held up well since summer. Reminds at first of Bitburger, but then a strong sweetness kicks in and begins to overpower right through to the finish. It’s light enough that the sweet isn’t a big issue and the beer is still a tasty quaff. I like the label.

Sep 28, 2006 Thanks to LeopoldStoch for this one. Pours pale gold with 1-finger white head. Nice clean appearance that is appropriate for a pils. The aroma is pale malt, spicy black peppery lemongrassy hopcitrus. The flavor is pale malty, with a black pepper hoppiness and mid-palate citrus. Smooth, crisp palate that is on the light side. Still, this is a fine summer pils, one that I would gladly quaff any time.
