Dec 9, 2008 Pours a nice clean/clear golden yellow color, nice carbonation, nice little white head, with some sticky lacing left behind. The nose is malty, with some hop, and some spice. The taste is sweet, malty, slightly hoppy, with spice. Medium body. Drinkable, this is a nice one.

Dec 7, 2008 12 oz bottle courtesy of Zinister. Pour is slightly hazed golden yellow with a 1/2 inch white head. Aroma of wheat, field grass, and some sweet yeastiness. Taste is the grass mostly, along with some citrus sweetness and the wheat towards the back. Palate is on the lighter side, finish is a bit longer than the milder flavors would have suggested. Clean and drinkable enough brew, just not terribly complex. Thanks for sending this up my way Michael.

Oct 13, 2008 Bottle courtesy of bhensonb. This poured a clear gold with small white head. Nose of fruit and caramel malt. Mouthfeel is reasonably smooth . Flavor is of banana and grasses. Dry and slightly bitter finish. Good drinking.

Sep 29, 2008 Pours a crystal yellow with no haze and no head. Smell has a lot of vanilla, wheat and some slight floral notes with a hint of alcohol popping through. The taste is a vanilla honey wheat with a slight alcohol kick. Very light on the palate. Overall, not a bad American Wheat, with none of the characteristics of the European wheats.

Pours yellow with faint orange highlights, white head. Has very nice, crisp citris aroma. Flavor has very nice use of malt with some citris flavors. Body is light, crisp, and refreshing, high carbonation. Over all, I really like this wheat beer....Perfect for the Texas summer down by the pool or by the grill..
