Bottle ( 12oz ). Shared by garthicus with me and blankboy. Clear gold, average white head. Grainy aroma, slightly sour - taste is simple fresh cereal grain; chewy but light mouthfeel, only mildly carbonated, slick, a bit astringent - meh.

Nov 28, 2009 On tap at the Ginger Man in Austin, TX. Slightly hazy light goldenrod pour under a short white head. Aroma of biscuits, lemon and hay. Mostly a modest malty flavor with notes of banana and mild citrus. Thin but not watery texture and not much of a finish. An average American Wheat in an above average beer joint.

Nov 9, 2009 Bottle: Pours a clear yellow gold color with light head. the nose is lightly zesty with some wheat, some light esters and a touch of distant hops. All of that is filtered out however and you’re left with a shell of a hefeweizen. Grainy, the esters come off as fusels and you get a weird european malt liquor taste. Bah.

Oct 28, 2009 Thanks to Blutt59. Appearance: Straw yellow with a tiny white head. Aroma: Dirty grassy aroma with vinyl and new trash bags. Flavour: Toasty corn, wheat, slight yeast, a bit of butter. Not offensive.

Sep 26, 2009 Bottle. Nose is sweet grains without much else. Fairly clear pale gold with a small white head. Full bodied and clean with a spicy finish. Not much to it, but refreshing and crisp as appropriate for the style.

Sep 19, 2009 Bottle pour into glass, moderate carbonation, with a short lived white head. Looks clean, clear, golden yellow. Mild flavors and aroma....piney, mild hops, with just a touch of citrus, not much maltiness to it. Nice body, goes down smooth and easy after mowing the lawn. A nice, simple Texas wheat.
