| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Jan 2, 2010 Bottle:   Pale golden, translucent, large finely bubbled white head, spotty lacing, little to no carbonation.   Definitely a filtered wheat beer.   Nose is off, very pale wheat but moreso a sort of vegetable presense.
Oh vay.   Getting the same thing on the tongue.   Wheat aspect is very pale, very dull, and instead this one seems more cereal or mash like.   A bit astringent as well.   Does have a bit of sweetness on the
backside, but its very grassy.   I am finding it hard to believe this is a Wheat Beer.   Too much vegetable in this one to make it even remotely interesting.   This was pretty much a let down on every level.   After
having a Franziskaner this afternoon, this one just makes no sense.   Most American Wheats have some form of wheatiness, this one just does not deliver on any level.   Blech... I am pouring the rest out.

Yeasty sweet malt aroma, with a smooth, refreshing taste, but nothing out of the ordinary. Disappointing but so is the style. GuilTTy (538), Cherry Hill, New Jersey, USA

Slightly hazy light goldenrod pour under a short white head. Aroma of biscuits, lemon and hay. Mostly a modest malty flavor with notes of banana and mild citrus. Thin but not watery texture and not much of a finish. An average American Wheat in an above average beer joint. BückDich (4857), McCall, Idaho, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 1/5 | 9/20 | Nov 9, 2009 Bottle: Pours a clear yellow gold color with light head. the nose is lightly zesty with some wheat, some light esters and a touch of distant hops. All of that is filtered out however and you’re left with a shell of a hefeweizen. Grainy, the esters come off as fusels and you get a weird european malt liquor taste. Bah. Grainy aroma, slightly sour - taste is simple fresh cereal grain; chewy but light mouthfeel, only mildly carbonated, slick, a bit astringent - meh.
